The system recommendation was ISSUE. <br />I have one remaining question regarding the relationship of <br />Atlantic Richfield Coal Company to ARCO. In AVS it states that <br />Atlantic Richfield Coal Company owns ARCO, but the West Elk permit <br />pages state that ARCO is a division of Atlantic Richfield Company. <br />Please have the operator clarify this relationship in the permit <br />pages, and have them submit the response in the form of a minor <br />revision. Please also have the operator submit the officers and <br />directors of ARCO if they are different from Atlantic Richfield <br />Coal Company.
