A. Concrete Construction, Inc. indicating that <br />the Monument View Gravel Pit is currently under-bonded, that the Division believes this is in violation of: Section <br />34-32.5-117(4) of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction Materials 34-32.5-101 et. <br />sea•• C. R S. 1984 as Amended., and that, the Division has found reason to believe a violation exists to Permit <br />M-2000-032 and the Law and has scheduled this matter before the Mined Laud Reclamation Boazd. <br />On November 24; 2003, the Division received and accepted M. A. Concrete Construction, Inc. rs submitted increase <br />rider in the amount of $392,384.00 to the Employers Mutual Casualty Company Corporate Surety Bond Number , <br />5261565. The rider increases the surety for this site from $294,279.00 to $686,663,00 The fmancial warranty currently <br />held by the State is now adequate to reclaim the mine site.
