The old name, Kaiser Resources, Inc., has been changed to Kaiser Ventures, Inc. <br />The new name more accurately retlects the type of business and image which Kaiser would <br />like to portray in the industrial market place. <br />We have attached a cover page to be placed in the front of the permit document which <br />describes the change. We do not feel that it is necessary to revise all pages of the permit to <br />reflect this change.
