So this <br />is a potential bird-kill problem. <br />(ii) Cu WAD can be eliminated, but a test progrtam has to be <br />commenced. A program is outlined in Appendix ~II. <br />(iii) On 5-21-92, and in the report, this program hould be well <br />underway with supporting "optimistic" results. <br />(c) "Back-up° Long Term Forecasts <br />The change from an H2SO4 AVR system to a Cytox AVR sysU~em will change <br />the acid producing/acid neutralizing balance in the fettling pond. <br />This is a concern both to Adrian and the state..
