The W
application is a conversion from a 110 permit, thus the application check is for $1,500.00. This
application is also submitted to comply with the Cease and Desist Order issued by the Mined Land
Reclamation Board for the Webb Pit, permit number M-78-323. Please note we are changing the
name of the pit from Webb to Woodring. Woodring is the name of the owner.
I hope you will find everything complete in the application. Your timely review of the application
will be greatly appreciated especially in view of the December 3l, 1994 deadline established by the
Board. Also please advise me concerning requesting the Board allow for limited materiai sales
from existing stockpiles at the pit. There are several small septic tank installers in the area and
they rely on this material for leach fields. Average sales to these contractors is less than 1,500 tons
per month. I hope once the application is detennined to be complete that the Board may revise its
order.
S::)c ~,
Vice Presiden
~~rb,
~C(na.~
-I~}e. ~i~ nC~vl'1E ~
-(-~r2 -~ ~ i v1-W12
Com~~er.
Tc~tnk~ )
~4~n~
AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
