The same parties also mak the <br />following comments on the adequacy review: <br />As correctly noted in Dr. Posey's September 10, 1999, Memo andum to <br />Jim Dillie, fifteen parameters, in addition to Mn and SO4, "do not me t either <br />surface water, drinking water or agricultural standards." We suppo Dr. <br />Posey's requirement that "the proposed treatment systems must ad ress these <br />elements as well as Mn and SO4." See also the recommendation i RMC's <br />letter that radiological parameters be included in the monitoring, tre tment and <br />remediation requirements. <br />However, the acknowledged fact that standards are being ex eded for <br />these parameters has not been translated into significant DMG requ rements on <br />BMRI to ensure that all standards within the permit area are being et.
