With the exception of items 29 <br />and 30, their responses resolved my concerns. Please fottivard the following comment to BRL regarding <br />items 29 and 30. <br />29/30. BRL provided electronic copies of maps so that the Division could determine the volume of <br />material to be regraded at reclamation. Using those maps, we have not been able to generate <br />accurate volume estimates. It is our understanding that BRL has quantified the backfilling and <br />grading volumes. Please provide BRL's estimates of [he reclamation volumes for the facilities <br />benches and haul road reclamation. <br />Should you or the operator have questions or need additional information, let me know. <br />SLB\021 198.
