The Division has the following questions <br />or comments: <br />Rule 2.03.4. Identification of Interests <br />Please update, if applicable, Section 2.03.4(3) of the permit application for all of <br />those persons who "own or control" the Terror Creek Company. <br />Terror Creek submitted revised pages 2.03-SR, 2.03-6R and 2.03-6Ra. The <br />Division will review this information and check it in the Applicant Violator <br />System (AVS). If any concerns are raised, the Division will contact Terror Creek. <br />2. Please update, if applicable, Section 2.03.4(3)(d) of the permit application to <br />include any surface coal mine and reclamation operations for the period of five <br />years preceding the application date of this permit renewal. <br />The Division has no further concerns. Terror Creek has stated that there are no <br />updates to this section. <br />
