It will be worked <br />and maintained in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws, <br />rules and regulations. <br />Cotter Corporation is maintaining all permit responsibilities and <br />requirements. The mine plan submitted with the permit application remains <br />unchanged, although, the scheduling has been affected due to the cessation. <br />WDH/madek <br />
