Stevens, Senior Environmental Protection Specialist BA ~'~ ~~ <br />RE: Fremont County, Coaldale Gravel Pit, Permit No. M-1978-096 <br />Please be advised that on June 24, 2002, Fremont County, whose address and telephone number are Fremont <br />County Commissioners 615 Macon Ave., Room #105, Canon City, CO 81212; (719) 276-7320, filed an <br />Amendment application to M-1978-096, Coaldale Gravel Pit, which is located at or near Section 5, <br />Township 47N, Range 11E, New Mexico Prime Meridian, in Fremont County. The application decision is <br />scheduled for July 24, 2002. <br />A copy of the application is available for review at the Fremont County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the <br />office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 2li, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />If you desire to make comments or objections, they must be submitted within twenty (10) days of the date of the <br />newspaper public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division. You should contact <br />the applicant for the newspaper publication date. If we do not receive your comments or any objection by the end <br />of the public commem period, the Office will assume you have no objection or comment to the proposed activity. <br />
