EXHIBIT P - Owners of Record of Surface <br /> and Subsurface Rights (See 34-32-112(2)(b)&{c) <br />1 <br />' NOTICE PROCEDURES <br />After the application is considered "filed" (pursuant to Rule 1.1(10) with the Mined <br />t Land Reclamation Division, notice procedures outlined in Rule 2.2 must be followed. <br />(Format for such notices will be included in the letter you receive from the MLR staff <br />informing you of the Completeness ("filing") of your application.) <br /> <br />1 <br /> <br /> <br />FINANCIAL WARRANTY <br />Ali applicants must submit a financial warranty in an amount determined by the Board <br />prior to permit issuance. The law and regulations allow for several different types of <br />financial warranty. You should determine what type of financial warranty you desire to <br />use and obtain the appropriate forms from the Mined Land Reclamation Division during the <br />application review period to facilitate finalization of an acceptable financial warranty <br />and permit issuance. <br />COLORADO WATER LAMS <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The permittee is encouraged to contact the State Engineer, with regard to the <br />administration of water rights, and the Colorado Department of Health, with regard to <br />the discharge of pollutants into the waters of the State. Violation of Colorado water <br />laws could result in enforcement actions taken by the State Engineer and/or the Colorado <br />Department of Health. <br />
