Natural Resource Trustee <br />Dear Party and/or Interested Person: <br />Related to the objection received by the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology (DMG) to the <br />permit amendment application for the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine, staff has rescheduled the <br />matter for Formal Public Hearing before the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board, for <br />consideration. The hearing for consideration the Ft. Lupton Sand and Gravel Mine permit amendment <br />will occur during the February 15 & 16. 2005 Board meeting at Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman <br />Street, Room 318, Denver, Colorado 80203, commencing at 10:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the <br />matter can be considered on February 15 or 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter s the matter can be <br />considered on February 16. Parties and interested persons will have the opportunity to be heard. <br />A Pre-hearing Conference has been rescheduled to occur on January 28. 2005, beginning at 10:00 <br />a.m., at 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Ms. Sandra Brown will preside as <br />Pre-hearing Conference Officer.
