<br />O. PROCEDURE <br />The Division, parties and members of the public shall make <br />their presentations in the following order. The time limits set <br />out below are maximum limits and shall be strictly enforced. The <br />Board, in its discretion, may allow additional time when warranted. <br />The Board has the right to limit any redundant or irrelevant <br />testimony. Unused time may be used in subsequent closing <br />statements as applicable. At the conclusion of each presentation, <br />and within time limits set by the Board, there will be an <br />opportunity to conduct cross-examination of any witnesses that <br />testified during the presentation. <br />1. Board's Consideration and Adoption of the Pre-hearing Order: <br />The Prehearing Conference Officer shall present the Order to <br />the Board for adoption. <br />2. Division's Introduction and Overview: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present an <br />introductory overview of the application. <br />3. Applicant's Presentation: <br />United Companies shall have 5 minutes in which to make its <br />presentation to the Board. <br />4. Division's Presentation and Recommendation: <br />The Division shall have 5 minutes in which to present its <br />recommendation to the Board. <br />5. Objectors' Presentations: <br />Mr. Todd Richardson, representing Citizens to Preserve Scenic <br />550 South, shall have 20 minutes in which to make his <br />presentation to the Board. He may wish to share this time <br />with the Beckers, if appropriate. <br />6. Public Comment Period: <br />Members of the public, not parties to this action, shall have <br />an opportunity to address the Board. The public shall have 5 <br />minutes each, in which to make their presentations. <br />
