The request is lecessary due to the complexities of bonding. When MCC proposed <br />this project, MCC was considering constructing the building prior to installation of de-gas <br />compressors, however due to the installation of the headfi'ame necessary to install the piping in tltc <br />shaft (Shaft No. 3), the building could oat be constructed. Now that the piping has been installed in (he <br />shaft and tltc manifold for the compressors has been completed, a slructute will be consinlcted to <br />protect the compressors tiom incletnent weather this fall and winter.
