All comment and review <br />periods began on September 7, 1999. The decision date for yottr application is scheduled for October 7, 1999. <br />Newspaper publication of a notice regarding the filing of your application and transmittal of a copy of dte notice to all <br />owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 7A0 feet of the boundary of the <br />affected land is required within 10 days after submittal. You must submit proof of the notice artd mailings, such as <br />Certified Mail - Retum Receipt Requested, to the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. <br />Additionally, any changes or additions to the application on file in our office must also be reflected in the public review <br />copy which has been placed with the Kit Carson County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is reviewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet dte requirements of dte Act.
