Box 597 g <br />Actin Division Director <br />Kiowa, CO. $0117 <br />Re: Request for an Extension of the Decision Due Date, Amendment #1 Application, Elbert <br />County Pit, M-1985-129 <br />Dear Mr. Ramer: <br />The Division received your request for an extension of the decision due date for the referenced <br />amendment application. <br />The request to extend the decision due date to September 12, 2002 will expire on the 365th day <br />after the Division received the amendment application, which is the limitation for review <br />extensions. Since the request does not exceed the 365 day limitation, the request is hereby <br />approved. The new decision date is set for September 12, 2002. <br />If, at the end of the 365 day period, the application still has outstanding adequacy issues, the <br />Division will set the matter for a Mined Land Board meeting.
