Again, the DMG will be copied on any <br />related correspondence. <br />SJ Ken should submit a statement of proEuble Irydrologic consequence joy the pit water discharge. <br />Response: Section 780.21(c) of the existing permit document (pages 780-110R through <br />780-126ff4R) discusses the probable hydrologic consequences (PHC) of mining and related <br />activities on both surface and ground water resources. This discussion includes references <br />to pit water discharge, specifically with respett to dissolved salt loading (page 780-125R). <br />The PHC section has been reviewed and revised as appropriate to address all relevant <br />considera[ions with respect to pit water discharge.
