8
1 okay?
2 MR. MORRIS: Barely, but I can hear
3 you.
4 MR. HELD: Okay. I'm going to stand a
5 little closer to the telephone. What I said to the
6 board was that you've made it very clear in your
7 motion to intervene that you have a very limited
8 purpose to be here. So, Mr. Chairman, I guess my
9 suggestion would be to consider the motion to
10 intervene and the purposes for which he wishes to
11 intervene -- Mr. Morris, yes -- and rule on that
12 motion to intervene, and then you can proceed
13 forward from there based on what your decision is.
14 MR. MORRIS: This is Walt Morris again.
15 In light of what Scott Anderson just said -- and I
16 think he's correctly characterized our view of
17 things -- I want to point out that our motion to
18 intervene is a contingent motion to intervene.
19 It contemplates that this is a new
20 proceeding. If this is not a new proceeding, then
21 our position is that we have been formally notified
22 by DMG that the previous proceeding has been
23 canceled, and we do not wish to participate in any
24 other sort of proceeding. Just want to be clear
25 about where we stand here.
