I <br />10 will be fairly brief here because the purpose of my <br />11 clients' intervention in this proceeding is very <br />12 limited. <br />13 First of all, my clients, as I have <br />14 mentioned earlier, received notice from the <br />15 Division of Minerals and Geology that it had <br />16 vacated the notice of violation issued ir. response <br />17 to my clients' citizen complaint, and they have <br />18 allowed -- were allowing my clients to withdraw <br />19 their citizen's complaint. <br />20 The notice also informed them that the <br />21 hearing previously scheduled for tomorrow on the <br />22 merits of the notice of violation was canceled. <br />23 There is nothing in the regulations or <br />24 the statutes that anyone has called to our <br />25 attention that even begins to hint that DMG did not <br />
