Step one. <br />2 Step two, if the board says we did -- or <br />3 did not have the authority, then a determination by <br />4 the board as to when, then, the hearing on the <br />5 reinstated violation would occur. <br />6 Number three, if that happens, then at <br />7 some point in the future the actual hearing on the <br />8 merits. If the board determines that the division <br />9 did have the jurisdiction to vacate the violation <br />10 and we did and you agree with that, then that's <br />11 it. It's over. Step one, we're done. <br />12 That's the way I see it, and I think the <br />13 board has to proceed that way. So the first order <br />14 of business is that very step of whether or not the <br />15 division had the authority or the jurisdiction to <br />16 vacate the violation and whether or not the board <br />17 is going to overrule that or reinstate the <br />18 violation or whatever the case may be. Then we go <br />19 from there. <br />20 At that point then, Mr. Morris, once <br />21 that decision is made, Mr. Morris, then, can <br />22 determine where we wants to go with his client as <br />23 to whether or not backing out from any further <br />24 discussion on this or resetting the merit <br />25 discussion.
