zo <br />1 Gov. <br />2 I don't think there's any mystery that <br />3 we had every aspiration to hold a hearing tomorrow, <br />4 and we certainly shouldn't be responsible for lack <br />5 of preparedness from the other parties. <br />6 The other point I'd like to make is we <br />7 were ready to go in January and accommodated the <br />8 schedules of Mr. Morris and Mr. Brown to agree to <br />9 have the hearing in March, and, in my mind, we've <br />10 gone far enough. <br />11 It's 120 days after the NOV has been <br />12 issued. We're ready to go. Our experts are <br />13 standing by to go tomorrow, and, you know, people <br />la had plenty of notice that this is a real issue, and <br />15 if they've chosen to put their blinders on in hopes <br />16 that it doesn't happen, I don't think that Basin <br />17 should be prejudiced by that. <br />18 MR.
