MCCULLOH: Then, can we say they <br />16 didn't after the request for a hearing? <br />17 MR. CATTANY: Yeah. That's good. <br />18 MR. JAVERNICK; I think the real world <br />19 is that it does happen where citizens will complain <br />20 one day and a week later they say I'm going to <br />21 withdraw my complaint. That's the real world. <br />22 I think we've gotten off into a <br />23 situation here on this case where it's gone so far <br />24 down the road, then without prejudice. There's a <br />25 lot of smelly stuff attached to it. <br />
