The renewal application package was placed in
the mail today. I hope it will prove to be satisfactory.
By way of information, I will be involved in a day and a half forum, away
from the office on this W ednesday and Thursday AM. Then I plan to take
Thursday PM and all of Friday to attend my son's college graduation
ceremonies in Durango, this weekend. I should be back in the office on
Monday, but will be involved in another all-day session, which won't leave
much time for answering messages or returning calls until Tuesday.
Hopefully, we can touch bases at that time.
Again, appreciated all your help!
Don MacDonald
-----Original Message-----
From: Walker, Byron [mailto:byron.walker~state.co.usJ
Sent: Tuesday, April 24, 2001 3:22 PM
To: MacDonald, Don
Subject: RE: Public Notice
Dear Mr. MacDonald
As we discussed by telephone earlier, please add to the second paragraph of
your public notice words to the effect:
"The precise location and boundaries of land to be affected (the permit
boundary) is provided at Exhibits A, B and C (Index Maps and Legal
Descriptions) of the Permit Application Package (PAP), and are included
herein by reference.
