.-~ <br /> <br /> <br />-3- <br />September 1, 1982: Scott Jones replaces Craig Sherwood as coordinator. <br />September 29, 1982: Pond was to have been completed. <br />November 12, 1982 - P•1LRD [nspection: Jim Herron, inspector; Scott Jones, <br />contact. <br />Inspection Report Record: "Refuse pile pond was to be <br />completed by December 1, 1982." tlo enforcement action taken. <br />November 15, 1982 - Letter from Robert Lidoie to Scott Jones: Snowmass <br />told to complete the refuse pond by December 1, 1982. <br />November 19, 1982 - Letter from Scott Jones to Bob Liddle: The letter <br />requested that completion of the pond be delayed until next spring. In <br />the meantime, a water truck could be used to dewater the pond. TVris was <br />the first communication from Snowmass concerning the pond Since its <br />approval. <br />Ueceniber 3, 1982 - t4LRD Inspection: Robert Liddle, inspector; Scatt <br />Jones, contact. <br />Inspection Report Record: The inspection revealed that the <br />refuse area pond was not completed. <br />Uecember 9. 1982: IJotice of Violation No. 8Z-69 issued. <br />jmt <br />cc: Ed Bischoff <br />
