Technical Revision TR-02 consisted of a design report for the
proposed engineered fill slope in the southwest corner of the North Quarry area as stipulated
as a condition of approval of Amendment AM-005 to the site reclamation pennit. We have
provided our responses in numbered outline format corresponding to the numbered
questions/comments outlined in your letter.
