The applicant should provide clarification regarding the <br />anticipated fan pad's cut and fill cross-section, the fill material <br />nature and source, the facial slope maximum height and facial angle and <br />the specific construction material placement and compaction standards <br />to be adhered with. This information should be provided for both the <br />operational and postmining configuration. <br />7.
