is the subject of minor revision number 92-76. This minor revision
will be submitted to the Division on June 8. The exhibits
presented in the technical revision provide the results of the
subsidence modeling task and project the impacts of predicted
subsidence on hydrology and vegetation in the designated Fish Creek
AVF.
In reference to the vegetation monitoring program, it was agreed
that production can be obtained utilizing life forms as opposed to
production by species. The life forms will be as follows: dominant
grass species, perennial grasses, annual grasses, perennial forbs,
annual forbs, undesirable forbs (based upon grazing criteria),
grass-like, and half-shrubs.
During your review of the materials please feel free ~~o give me a
call if there are any questions concerning t:ie information
presented in the technical revision. I look forward to working
with you and the Division representatives on this revision.
Sincerely,
%A%~AI~YO' /~w'"G
Richard Mills
Supervisor, Environmental Affairs
attachments
cc: Routt County Clerk and Recorder
