<br />i ~ <br />-2- <br />other parties to be recognized in the Pre-Hearing Order, <br />During said Conference, it was agreed by all parties that <br />John Covert would represent himself as in addition to CCWC <br />provided this written request for party status is prepared <br />and submitted prior to the August 23, 1989 hearing and <br />provided that only a single argument is presented during the <br />hearing, <br />6. CCWC and John Covert believe the Board should <br />decide if there is a violation by the permit holder, and if <br />the Board so finds, issue a cease and desist order, a civil <br />penalty in the maximum amount for each day of violation .snd <br />ox der appropriate xemmedial actions. <br />7. At the time of the hearing, CCWC and John <br />Covert may call in support of their case any or all of tl~e <br />following witnesses: <br />(a) Karri Q. Schmitt, 4130 Three Graces <br />Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado 80904 as a representative <br />of the Concerned Citizens for Williams Canyon. <br />(b) Harrold Prostka, 349 Ruxton Avenue, <br />Manitou Springs, Colorado 80829 as a consulting geologist <br />and President of the Ute Pass Preservation Society. <br />8.
