Banta, <br />Division Director <br />This is to inform you that, as of the date of this letter, the Mined Land <br />Reclamation Division received your annual fee, and the civil penalty assessed <br />for the above referenced mining operation. The annual fee violation M-91-060 <br />has now been abated and no further action will be taken to revoke your <br />permit. Please make note of your anniversary date of Mav 31 for the 1992 <br />reporting period. The annual fees and reports for your mining and reclamation <br />operation are due on or before your anniversary date each year, until you are <br />released of all reclamation responsibilities and your bond is released in its <br />entirety, to avoid violations, civil penalties, and possible revocation of <br />.your permit. <br />We would appreciate it if, at your earliest convenience, ynu would mail an <br />annual report to the Mined Land Reclamation Division describing past, present, <br />and future mining and reclamation plans for the Wyman Pit.
