Cattany <br />Division Director <br />Natursl Resource Trustee <br />On October 30, 2006, the Division sent you a notification of"Proposed Decision and Finding of Compliance" for <br />the Keenesburg Strip Mine (Permit no. C-1981-028). The Division identified an error on the Bond Release <br />Decision forms for Permit Renewal No. 5 (RNS) and Bond Release No. 3 (SL3). Please find a corrected Bond <br />Release Decision form for SL3 documenting the corrected reclamation liability for the Keenesburg Mine upon <br />approval of SL3 as $2,310,380.20. <br />The SL3 liability correction changes the RNS Permit Renewal Decision form as well. The Division's reclamation <br />cost estimate conducted July 27, 2006 found the remaining reclamation liability at the Keenesburg Mine to be <br />$2,327,437.00.
