"+.- • • <br />NOTICE OF PROPOSED DECISION <br />the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has issued a proposed decision <br />to approve a technical revision to the mining and reclamation plans for the <br />Trapper Mine, Permit No. C-81-010, operated by Trapper Mining Inc., under the <br />provisions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act of 1979. The <br />proposed technical revision (TR-64> was submitted by Trapper Mining Inc. on <br />March 16, 1994 for the Trapper Mine. The affected area is located in portions <br />of Sections 5 and 6, TSN, R90W; portions of Sections 1, 4 and 5, and all of <br />Sections 2 and 3, TSN, R91W; Portions of Sections 30 and 32, and all of <br />Section 31, T6N, R90W; and Portions of Sections 21, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 32, <br />and all of Sections 33, 34, 35 and 36, T6N, R91W, in Moffat County. <br />The subject technical revision incorporates the 1993 Annual Report into the <br />permit. Included in the report are the Annual Reclamation Report, Annual <br />Hydrology Report, Drainagway Reconstruction, Spoil Sampling, Topsoil Pile <br />Locations, Livestock Ponds, and other minor items. <br />Copies of the proposed technical revision are available for review at the <br />Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology office, 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Room 215, Denver, Colorado 80203. Any person who has an interest which is or <br />may be adversely affected may request a formal hearing regarding this proposed <br />decision. Requests for a formal hearing must be made in writing within ten <br />(10) days of this publication and shall state with reasonable specificity the <br />reasons for the request and objections to the proposed decision. <br />
