Honeywood Coal Company, 95 Whitebridge Road # 404, Nashville, TN 37205 has
submitted an application for a technical revision to the Division of Minerals and Geology
for its Hamilton Mine, approved mining permit No. C-91-078. The proposed revision
includes an incidental permit boundary revision and addresses additional issues raised by
the Division during its Midterm Review of the approved permit document.
The current Hamilton Mine permit area is located in portions of the following described
lands.

The U.S.G.S. 7.5 minute quadrangle map of Naturita, CO contains the proposed permit
area. The surface of the permit area is owned by Roy and Betsy Davis and William E.
Bray.

Courthouse Annex, 300 Main, Nucla, CO and the ofFces of the Division of Minerals and
