Long, <br />Orvision Director <br />(1) Lettzrs of ncmination were r2c=_ivec curing the months of June land July. <br />(2> Oral interviews of sampling contractors were conducted on August 10th. <br />(3) Core Labs, Inc. ~nas selectzd as the analytical labcratory on August 12th. <br />Both labs were EPA Certified and had similar pricing schedules. <br />However, Core Labs had experience in conducting WAD cyanide analyses, <br />whereas Analytical Technologies had never completed a WAD cyanide <br />analysis. <br />(a) 6MRI's attorney >ubmitted DRAFT .4.C.U. and Contract on augustlath. <br />(ai 6MRI ane the Division will axzcute a Memo of Understandin~a, which <br />authorizes the Division to direr: the Third Party Sampler__ <br />(b) BMRI and the Third Party Sampler will execute a Contract.', <br />(5> Written prcpcsals were received on August 17th. <br />(5) RCG / Hagler, 6ai11y, Inc. was selected as the Sampler on August 24th. <br />Ann S.
