Please find enclosed a copy of the calculations and a summary form. <br />Review the tasks and if you feel there are any errors or clarifications notify staff immediately. If you <br />accept the calculations, staff will set the required Financial Warranty at $70,091.00. <br />At this time, it appears that all staff issues have been corrected or clarified.
