I`m
sorry I was unable to attend the meeting.
It appears to me that the major wildlife concerns have been addressed. Items
you may want to consider, per Rule 4.18, are locating roads to minimize
impacts to fish and wildlife and providing a 100-foot stream buffer zone if
applicable to the surface disturbance. Also, if CYCC will want to request a
reduction of woody plant density on the reclaimed area the potential adverse
impacts on the wildlife must be evaluated.
If you have any questions, feel free to call me.
Sincerely,
4 ~ ~~
Sandra L.
