Everything was in good order and I
expect the permit will be approved by no later than December 27, 1994. In addition the
Mined Land Board modified the cease and desist order to allow for the sale of gravel from
the existing stockpiles. The change took effect October 21.
Mr. Ohler did make one suggestion concerning the fence. As shown on our mining map
(copy enclosed) a portion of the fence along the north east boundary must be moved at
some future time. This letter is to clarify that moving any existing fences and reinstalling
fences along the permit boundary is the responsibility of the permittee.
T Hank you for your attention to t Wiese matters.
