Long
Division Director
The Division would like to correct a statement made in the
Division's March 4, 1996 midterm adequacy letter. In that letter it
was stated that Trapper plans to answer, by the end of March, items
9, 10, 12 and 14 of the Division's adequacy letter of 12/13/95. In
fact, as pointed out by Trapper, these items had already been
submitted in Trapper's letter of December 1, 1995 to the Division.
I apologize for any inconvenience.
Regarding those four items, the Division has the following adequacy
questions or comments.
DIVISION ADEQIIACY LETTER OF 12/13/95
A. Rule 2.03
9. The following are adequacy questions concerning surface and
mineral ownership:
a) Rule 2.10.3(1) requires that a map be provided showing the
boundaries and names of surface and mineral ownership for
areas within and contiguous to the permit area. Map 1, Surface
Control, only shows those areas within the permit area that
are controlled by Trapper through leases and through fees.
Please show, on Map 1, the actual landowners for the land
within the permit area.
~II ~I~~I~~I~~~~~~~~
sss
STATE OF COLORADO
b) On Map 2, Sub-surface Control, there is one area shown as
"exception" in Section .32, on the west side of the permit
