AT(05-1)ML-60.8-C-SR-11 <br /> EXHIBIT H <br /> WILDLIFE <br /> A. According to information received from the Colorado Division of <br /> Wildlife, the following species inhabit the area surrounding the <br /> C-SR-11 mine: mule deer, coyote, bobcat, cottontail rabbits, <br /> jackrabbits, raptors and other forms of birds, small mammals and <br /> reptiles. <br /> B. No seasonal use was indicated by the Colorado Division of Wildlife. <br /> • C. No threatened or endangered species inhabit the area. <br /> D. The Division of Wildlife has assessed the impact of the C-SR-11 mine <br /> on wildlife to be minor. Human activity, road construction and noise <br /> are the greatest contributors to habitat damage. <br /> . -14- <br />
