No requests for an adjudicatory hearing on our proposed decision were received. <br />Bond Release No. 6 reduces your reclamation liability by $47,219.00. The current liability is now <br />$1,451,160.00. The Division suggests you provide a copy of this letter dated August 23, 1999 to <br />your bonding company for written evidence for approval [o reduce your bond.
