12
1 THE CHAIRMAN: I'd like to see a quantitative
2 figure. Tf you feel 200 feet represents, you know, roughly
3 thirty-seven and a half hours or so with the machine, if you
4 could put that in a sentence or two, you could handwrite a
5 note right now to put in the file.
6 It doesn't have to be a formal thing.
7 MR. KORINEK: I could put it on the bottom of
8 the letter that Mark had. That would be all right.
9 THE CHAIRMAN: Okay. Mark?
~ 10 MR. LOYE: Now, as far as that topsoil stockpile
11 is concerned and amending it onto the existing permit, I
~~ 12 thought the Board might want to make some judgments in that
13 regard. We would recommend that since it is an integral part
14 of the operation that obviously it should be part of the
15 limited impact permit; and by my estimate on the map, you're
16 talking about an acre of grounds or less such that we would
17 be amending a limited impact in preserving it as a limited
18 impact if we did that.
19 MS. WINTER: You're going to use that topsoil for
20 reclaiming the permitted part of it?
21 MR. KORINEK: If there's not enough on that
22 overburden to do it, that's what--he wanted an area where I
23 was going to get my topsoil, and that's the closest. It's
24 kind of an unsightly mess; and that would clean that up, too.
25 THE CHAIRMAN: I was just thinking if we could
rn r'tv caRreereR s .~ssocrn rLS. nc
Cr•rrfrd Sho•rhunrl Rrry~•rrn
li/NI Chun nllr RuaJ
Ludrmn.
