to
~, 1 work it all out that way, you end up with thirty-seven and a
half hours of dozer work.
MS. WINTER: You are only obliged to do that
i 4 much, $1500 worth of work; is that right?
MR. LOYE: Uh-huh.
MS. WINTER: All right. If it takes you 60 hours
of doter work, you're not obliged to do all of that? I'm
trying to get a handle of what are we going to do. What's
worth $1500? What will we really be getting? Now, I'm not
saying what will you ever do to your land. I'm saying what
will we be getting for this particular obligation?
i 12 MR. KORINEK: Well, it will be sloping, at least
that one side of that pit along that road area to leave it
looking halfway decent. It's just a cliff right now, and
there's a lot of topsoil there on that area.
That'll take care of the sloping; and if, like
I say, it's my property and I do intend to do it all eventuall
' 18 which the way things are, you know, you can't do everything
at once; and that's such a small operation. I don't have the
funds to really go in there and do all that because there's
pits all over that place that's been left for years and years;
and Mark's pictures last month didn't show what I have done.
They show what I haven't done, and I've spent thousands of
dollars on those old pits.

MS.
