Box 21588 Division Director <br />Denver, CO 80221 <br />Re: Fountain Pit (Permit No. M-81-307 <br />Revision Approval -Revision No. TR-02 <br />Dear Ms. Gcettemceller: <br />On January 20, 1995, the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board approved the technical <br />revision application submitted to the Division on December 29, 1994, addressing the inclusion of <br />composting in the mine plan for the Fountain Pit. The terms of TR-02 approved by the Board <br />are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-81-307. All other conditions and requirements of <br />Permit No. M-81-307 remain in full force and effect. <br />The fmancial warranty requirement for fmal reclamation of the compost site has been determined <br />to be $9,935.00. Therefore, the existing $156,985.00 fmancial warranty bond needs to be <br />increased to $166,920.00.
