As the Divis on <br />witnessed, response to the overflow situation was imm diets <br />Also, in accordance with the Emergency Response Plan, BMRI <br />submitted a letter dated October 12, 1993 to the Divi ion <br />fully explaining the circumstances of the overflow ev nt, <br />the response, and the pre-cautions taken against simi ar <br />situations in the future. BMRI submitted a second le ter <br />dated October 26, 1993 to the Division with additiona <br />analytical reports on soil samples. <br />Item 4 states: <br />"An engineering technician (John) of SRK stated hat <br />spills similar to the one on 10/1/93 had occurre . <br />Please provide a report to the Division on the sills <br />referred to above. This can be done in conjunct'on <br />with your response to item two." <br />we are unaware of any similar spills.
