Figures in the vegetation <br />report also identifies the areas sampled for vegetation cover and species composition, as well as <br />the reclaimed area. <br />Dates of Reclamation Work: Backfilling and grading of the bench and access road occurred in <br />May and June of 1990. During the same time period the sediment pond was reclaimed at the <br />request of the landowner and CDMG, and alternative sediment control was initially constructed. <br />Topsoiling occurred between 1990 and 1991. Final structure removal was delayed due to legal <br />claims regazding ownership of the conveyor structure. Final seeding at the bench and road area <br />took place in October 1991. Legal claims to the conveyor structure were settled and the <br />conveyor structure was removed in August 1992.
