CO 81428 <br /> In (a) Notice of Violation No. CV-2000-013 , (b) Cessation Order No. the <br /> deadline for abatement of the practice, condition or violation described was fixed at March 20, 2001 . <br /> It is hereby found that the operator has failed to abate such practice, condition or violation, or <br /> cannot complete abatement within the time allowed, but that such failure is not due to lack of <br /> diligence on the part of the operator. The time for abatement is therefore extended to 5:00 P.M.: <br /> April 19, 2001 . This extension is based upon receipt of a letter of credit rider, from UBS Warburg, <br /> for Letter of Credit F28559, bringing the total amount of the Letter of Credit to $6,000,000.00.
