The revision will allow for retention of the Cen[er <br />Ridge and West Ridge ponds as permanent impoundments, and will declassify a portion of Oak <br />Creek as an alluvial valley floor. The decision to approve the revision will become final at the <br />close of the thirty day public comment period, on or about June 24, 1994. <br />A copy of the proposed decision package for the revision is enclosed.
