This Order <br />constitutes a separate Cessation Order for each condition, practice, or violation <br />listed. <br />In accordance with Section 34-33-123 of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining <br />Reclamation Act, you are ordered to CEASE IMMEDIATELY the operations described in <br />the attached schedule and to perform the affirmative obligations (if applicable) <br />described in the attached schedule within the designated time for abatement. <br />Reclamation operations not directly the subject of this Order shall continue while <br />this Order is in effect. <br />You are responsible for doing all work in a safe manner in compliance with <br />applicable laws and regulations. <br />The undersigned finds that cessation of mining is is not ~ expressly, or in <br />practical effect, required by this Notice. For this purpose, mining" means <br />extracting coal from the earth or from a waste pile and transporting it within or <br />from the mine site. <br />This Order shall remain in effect until the condition, practice, or violation has <br />been abated or until it is modified, terminated or vacated in writing by an <br />authorized representative of the Division, or by the Mined Land Reclamation Board. <br />Important: Please read the reverse side of this page. <br />
