All <br />comment and review periods began on November 10, 1998. The decision dale for your application is scheduled for <br />February 8, 1999. <br />Widtin ten (10) days after submittal, you must publish [write m a newspaper of general circulation in the locliry of the <br />proposed m'"+~~n operation once a week for four (4) consecutive weeks. Immediately after the fus[ publication, mail a <br />tppy of the notice m all owners of record of surface rights and all owners of record of lands that are within 200 feet of <br />the bou~ary of the affected land. Proof of rotice and mailings, such as Certified Mail -Return Receipt Requested, must <br />be submitted ro the Division of Minerals and Geology prior to the decision date. Additionally, any changes or additions <br />to the application on fde ifl our office must also be reflected in the public review copy which has been placed with the <br />Montrose County Clerk and Recorder. <br />The Division is rcwiewing your application to determine whether it is adequate to meet the requirements of the Act.
