LOng <br />Dwisinn Dueclor <br />It is interesting to note that they still won't let go completely of that issue about sed <br />ponds "precipitating" salts. The PHC text is okay, but they still make a couple <br />comments in the letter that indicate they won't relent. No big deal. Unless the <br />solubility of chlorides and sulfates comes down considerably, though, they can't <br />convince me of any "mitigation" effects on TDS from a sed pond. <br />
