These hearings addressed the facts of the violations and the amounts of fixed civil <br />penalties associated with Notices of Violation Nos. C-93-053, C-93-085 and C-93-100. <br />Also, the unsigned original of the Board document regarding a Petition for a Declaratory Order <br />from The Corley Company concerning the Newlin Creek Mine light use road is enclosed. The <br />Board heard this matter during a Formal Public Hearing held on November 17, 1993, and chose <br />not to rule on the matter. <br />Please date and sign these Orders, and return them to me as soon as possible.
